The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, gave thanks, broke it and said, "This is my body that is given for you. Do this in memory of me." In the same way he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this in memory of me." For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the death of the Lord until he comes. I Corinthians 11:23-26
The Sacrament of Baptism welcomes us to the full unity in God's community, His Church. The parents are obligated to have their child baptized within weeks after birth. The parents along with the godparents/ninongs/ninangs are requested to register the child at least two weeks in advance, or as soon as possible. Godparents must be practicing Roman Catholics and the numbers of ninongs/ninangs should not be too many. Baptisms are officiated at 10:30 AM Sundays immediately following the 9:00 AM Sunday Mass. Parents and godparents are requested to attend the 8:00 AM Baptism Seminar on the same Sunday of the Baptism as well as the 9:00 AM Mass.
